FotoShop Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FotoShop, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, including the AI Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

FotoShop provides AI photo editing, biometric/ID photo creation, and printing at partner photo booths. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

3. Credits and purchases

• AI and biometric features consume credits, purchased as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store payment terms apply.
• Credits are consumable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• Automatic refunds on failure: if a generation fails and we cannot deliver your result, the credits spent on that order are automatically returned to your balance.
• Except as required by law or by the app store's own refund policies, credit purchases are final.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the results generated for you.
• You grant us the limited right to process your photos (including via our AI providers) solely to deliver the service you requested.
• You must only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and you are responsible for how you use the generated results.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use FotoShop to create or distribute content prohibited by our AI Content Policy, to violate any law, or to interfere with or abuse the service (including automated abuse of AI features). We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-generated results

AI results are produced automatically by third-party models and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or fail. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the credits involved in that claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using FotoShop and delete your account at any time (Profile → Privacy settings → Delete account, or the deletion page). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms; unused credits in a terminated abusive account may be forfeited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
